WM2023–SAFE MEETING GUIDELINES
Effective 27 September 2022
The safety and welfare of our conference participants remains a priority. WM Symposia closely monitors the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), state and local policies, and recommended best practices related to COVID-19 and we will continue to do so. Currently, COVID-19 vaccinations, proof or negative COVID-19 test, or wearing of masks is not required to attend WM2023. We will monitor local Phoenix, Arizona, USA, COVID stats and evolving requirements and guidelines as we get closer to the conference (February 2023) and will update our guidelines accordingly. Please check our website www.wmsym.org for updates.
WM Symposia has the right to update this policy at any time at its sole discretion and will consult all applicable federal, state, local, and CDC guidelines and requirements in our Safe Meeting Guidelines decision-making process as we get closer to the WM2023 conference. If our policy or guidelines change, we will update this page so you have the most current information.
All participants are required to follow the guidelines in place at the time of the event, regardless of notification or date established, and by signing up to participate in the WM2023 event, you agree you understand and will abide by these guidelines as well as the WM Symposia Code of Conduct.
